MORTGAGE LOAN AUTHORIZATION AND FORMALIZATION PROCESS

  • Appointment scheduling. 

 

  • Quote 1.Explanation of procedure to obtain the best bank rate.

 

  • Credit pre-authorization.The corresponding questionnaire is filled out.

 

  • Payment simulationaccording to the data from the questionnaire filled out by the client. 

This is delivered with an average rate since the final rate is delivered once the different authorizations from the banks in appointment 2 have been obtained.

 

  • Integration of documents for authorizations. 

 

  • Bank authorization process. 

 

  • Quote 2.Explanation of simulators to compare authorizations and choice of bank to advance with the home appraisal.

 

  • Guarantee file integration. 

 

  • Assignment of expert appraiser and notary. 

 

  • Closing of purchase-sale-credit figures to generate banking instructions.

 

  • A signature kit is sent to the client for review and an appointment is scheduled for the notary.

 

  • Quote 3.Doubts are seen in the documents in the signature kit. 

 

  • Client sends signature kit by parcel to Fitch Consultores. 

 

  • Client goes to the notary to sign deeds.

 

  • Notice of signatures is sent to the bank so that transfers can be generated. 

  • Receipts of  bank transfers made by the bank to a notary,  seller and buyer.

  •  

  • Documents are uploaded to the system to collect commission from the bank.
