Requirements for Mortgage Credit Authorization

Stage 1 (Integration and Authorization)

Generatethem: 
- Copy of valid IFE or valid Mexican passport. (FM if you are a foreigner). 
- Copy of the birth certificate of the holder and the spouse (if applicable).
- Copy CURP
- CSF SAT for clients with economy in the USA. 
- Copy of marriage certificate (if applicable).
- Copy of proof of address in Mexico. (it could be from a family member or friend). 
- Data to fill out the application: it is filled out on our website.

A) Income is in Mexico via payroll:
- Copy of payroll receipts from the last 3 months. 
- Copy of account statements for the last 3 months, reflecting the payroll deposit.

B) My income is in Mexico as my own business: 
- 6 months of legible account statements in all their details 
- Proof of current tax situation dated no more than 30 days ago.

C) My income is through a legal entity (I am a partner or shareholder of a company)
- 6 months of account statements of the legal entity. 
- Article of incorporation 
-CSF of the company.

D) My income is in the USA via payroll: 
-  Copy of last Income Tax and W2. 
- Copy of the American credit bureau report. (www.freecreditreport.com) must include Fico score and minimum monthly payments for each account. 
- Copy of employment letter.
- Copy payment receipts from the company for the last 3 months.
- Copy account statements from the last 3 months where you receive your payroll.

E) My income is in the use of my own business: 
- Copy of Income Iax for the previous 2 years. 
- Copy of the American credit bureau report. (www.freecreditreport.com) must include Fico score and minimum monthly payments for each account. 
- Copy personal account statements from the last 6 months
